Located on the coast of Norfolk, Island House is an outstanding barn conversion with fantastic views across the marshes and out to sea. Owned and designed by an award-winning architect, Chris Cowper, the barn was originally at the heart of a buzing farm, abandonded in the late 80s.
It has been imaginatively designed with many internal 'curves' in the style of a boat, and has large gardens running down to the shore, with access to the coastal path and within a short walk of the staithe.
Over the last 15 years the house (as well as being rented) has been key to some well known retail companies including; NEXT, M & S, Laura Ashley & Rowan as a location fashion shoot to represent their brands.
